Storyline

Playboy Britt Reid (Seth Rogen) becomes the new publisher of Los Angeles' "The Daily Sentinel" after the sudden death of his father. Britt's party life is about to change when he and his driver and kung fu expert, Kato (Jay Chou), stop a robbery. Mi opinión:

En pocas palabras, típica pelicula de aventuras que quiere hacer un homenaje a la antigua serie televisiva de los años 70, y no llega a buen nivel.
Lo que mas me gusta de esta cinta es el plantel de actores de reparto que tiene. Lo que me hace preguntarme es: ¿James Earl Olmos anda mal de pelas para tener que meterse en esto?. Otros grandes actores como Tom Wilkinson (con peliculas como Full Monty), Christoph Waltz (Malditos bastardos),Cameron Diaz (sin comentarios), Edward James Olmos (Galactica), David Harbour, son actores que dan la calidad que tiene la pelicula.
En fin, creo que el guionista y protagonista Seth Rogen que ha salido en varias comedias americanas ha querido hacer una pelicula para pasar el rato y para eso sirve, poco mas.
Pelicula de aventuras para ver si no tienes otra cosa que hacer. De las que yo llamo palomiteras.

Storyline

A 14th century Crusader returns to a homeland devastated by the Black Plague. A beleaguered church, deeming sorcery the culprit of the plague, commands the two knights to transport an accused witch to a remote abbey, where monks will perform a ritual in hopes of ending the pestilence. A priest, a grieving knight, a disgraced itinerant and a headstrong youth who can only dream of becoming a knight join a mission troubled by mythically hostile wilderness and fierce contention over the fate of the girl. When the embattled party arrives at the abbey, a horrific discovery jeopardises the knight's pledge to ensure the girl fair treatment, and pits them against an inexplicably powerful and destructive force. Comentario.

Una divertida pelicula medieval de aventuras en la que Nicolas Cages y Ron Perlman interpretan a dos guerreros cruzados que se cabrean con la Iglesia por promover matanzas en la guerra en nombre de Dios y sentirse manipulados. Desertan del ejercito y en la vuelta a casa encuentran una gran infección de peste en el reino. Para la gente las culpables son la brujas y ya podeis imaginaros lo que les hacen. Bueno, no sigo mas y vedla que es entretenida. Me parece que para pasar una tarde de palomitas con los amigos merece la pena. Aventuras medievales oscuras y lugubres. Espero vuestra opinión.
